Personalized Design Process

Behr Design offers a free consultation, where we will meet with you at no cost at either our office or your construction site to discuss the project goals. After the initial free consultation, we will provide you with an estimate of our fees and expected turnaround time for the construction drawings.

With the information gathered from the initial meeting, we develop a concept design drawing based on your needs and wants as a homeowner. We will have a client meeting to discuss any revisions or additions to the design and incorporate these into the revised drawings.

At Behr Design we have a thorough quality control system in place to avoid any possible errors on the job site. Our top priority is insuring that the homeowner is feeling completely comfortable and updated every step of the way. In the final step we take the revisions and make the changes needed to develop construction drawings for you and your builder/contractor to use for bidding and construction. During this time of your project you really do get to see your “dream turning into reality!”
